What is Precihole Sports’ return policy?

If you have received a damaged or defective product, Inform us within 2 days of delivery with appropriate image of the damaged product and get a replacement or refund at no extra cost. The 2 Days Replacement Guarantee is applicable to all physical products sold on preciholesports.com

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
• Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

All physical products sold by Precihole Sports are covered by this guarantee. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same on preciholesports.com

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

Notify us of the damaged or defective product as soon as possible with an appropriate image. In line with our 2 Day Replacement Guarantee, you have 2 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a replacement. Please note courier charges for the return won't be borne by the company.

Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped by phone or email within 24 hours. Your payment will be adjusted against your next order.

An order cannot be cancelled in case it is been dispatched from the company.

How can I cancel items in my order?

You can cancel an item in your order, till the item is shipped by preciholesports.com. Your payment will be adjusted against your next order.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a minimum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

The payment refund will be adjusted in your next order.
